Phemex Dubai Event App

Phemex brought together VIP fintech influencers, industry leaders and key guests from around the world for an exclusive event in Dubai. ECHT ME created a private digital companion to help guests navigate the programme, schedule appointments and connect throughout their stay.

The responsive web app gave attendees a personalised dashboard with the event agenda, curated Dubai experiences, networking and messaging. Guests could browse fellow attendees, arrange one-to-one meetings, join group chats and stay up to date with the programme, from diving and helicopter tours to lunch at Mandarin Oriental.

A live gallery also allowed guests to upload, share, like and download photos, creating a shared visual record of the event. Designed primarily for mobile, with desktop and tablet support, the platform brought the entire guest experience into one place.
