RFID Access Gates and AI Art Creator & Gallery

The YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) Global Business Summit took place in Dubai, bringing together more than 1,000 high-level attendees. For the final event at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, set against the backdrop of the Burj Al Arab, ECHT delivered two experiences: RFID access and an AI art gallery.

RFID access with a personal welcome

Every guest received a branded RFID card connected to the guest database. When a guest entered, the interactive screens recognised the card and greeted them by name with a personal welcome message, making registration and check-in fast and seamless for a large, high-profile audience.

AI Art Creator & Gallery

At the creation stations, guests used an iPad to enter their details, choose an art style and theme, and take a selfie. Using multiple AI engines, the system turned each selfie into a unique artwork, from pop art to modern cityscapes.

The finished artworks appeared on a gallery of tall portrait screens throughout the venue, so the guests themselves became the exhibition. Every guest could also download their artwork as a personal keepsake.
