Visitors place an object on a table and its content appears on screen. RFID tables for exhibition stands and showrooms, and RFID guest check-in for events.
What is RFID Technology?
RFID uses small tags attached to physical objects. When a visitor places an object near a reader, the reader identifies its tag and our software shows the matching content on a screen, such as a film, an animation, a 3D model or product information.
The objects can be anything that suits your story, such as product samples, 3D-printed models or branded tokens. Visitors pick one up, put it down and explore, with no instructions needed.
Interactive RFID table
Our best-known RFID installation is a table on which objects open content. It works in three steps:
- Pick. Visitors choose one of the objects on the table. Each one stands for a product, a service or a topic.
- Place. They put it on the marked spot, and the reader below recognises it at once.
- Explore. The matching content plays on the screen, large enough for a whole group to follow.
Proven at exhibitions and summits
- RTA at GITEX, Dubai: 3D-printed models of a taxi, the metro and smart gates each opened one of the authority's smart services. The table became the meeting point of the stand.
- Talabat at the AI Summit, Dubai: each object stood for a delivery service, from drones to robots.
- Kalba City Municipality at the Dubai International Food & Safety Conference: three objects and a transparent touchscreen, in Arabic and English.
- YPO Global Business Summit, Dubai: more than 1,000 guests checked in with a branded RFID card, and the screens at the entrance greeted each of them by name.

What we provide
We develop the software and supply the RFID reader, the RFID stickers and the computer that runs the installation. The table, the screen and the objects come from you or your stand builder, so the installation fits your stand design.
Made for your brand
- The objects: your own products, scale models or tokens. A sticker underneath is all they need, as long as there is no metal next to it.
- The content: films, animations, 3D models or interactive pages, in your brand's design.
- The screen: a display above the table, a touchscreen for more detail, or a transparent screen in front of the objects.
- The languages: as many as you need, with a switch on the screen.
Where RFID works well
- Exhibition stands: each object on the table opens a different service, product or message, so visitors choose what they want to see.
- Product launches and showrooms: placing a product or a scale model on the table brings up its features, films and specifications.

What can RFID do at an event?
Two things. Objects with an RFID tag can open content on a screen when visitors place them on a table, which turns a stand into something to explore by hand. RFID cards can check guests in and welcome them in person.
What do you supply for an RFID table?
We develop the software and supply the RFID reader, the RFID stickers and the computer that runs the installation. The table, the screen and the objects come from the client or the stand builder, so the installation fits the stand design.
Can RFID be used for guest check-in?
Yes. Guests receive an RFID card, which can be printed with your own design. At check-in, a screen recognises the card and welcomes the guest by name. AI can be added on top. The card tells the system who has arrived, and the AI creates a unique welcome message for every guest, by name and in their own language.
How early should we get in touch?
That depends on the project. For many formats we do not start from scratch. We build on a proven framework and adapt it to your design and content, which saves time. A completely new development needs longer for design, development and testing. Contact us as early as you can, and we will tell you what is realistic for your date.
