Talabat is a leading online food delivery and q-commerce platform in the Middle East, known for embracing new technologies to enhance customer experience.
At the AI Summit Innovation Event in Dubai, Talabat set out to introduce its groundbreaking new services, including AI drone delivery and robot delivery, through a dynamic, interactive showcase. ECHT ME developed an RFID-activated table featuring 3D-printed objects, each representing a different delivery service.
When visitors placed one of these objects onto designated hotspots on the table, related content was instantly triggered on a large display screen. This provided detailed insights and engaging demonstrations of Talabat’s innovative delivery technologies, allowing attendees to interact with and understand each service in a hands-on way.
The RFID-activated table offered a technology-driven experience that captured attention and facilitated learning, perfectly aligning with the spirit of innovation at the AI Summit.
