What is an event registration system?

Yes. Guests choose a date and a time slot, accept the waiver and upload their driving licence in advance. We have run test drive bookings for BMW, Rolls-Royce, Cadillac and Jeep.
Does it work for invitation-only events?
Yes. Invitations can be personal, so that only people on the guest list can confirm. Guests can be verified by an invitation number, a work email address or a phone number.
Can guests register at the venue, and does check-in work offline?
Yes. Walk-in guests can be registered on site, and the check-in app can keep scanning when the connection drops.
Can the platform carry our branding and domain?
Yes. The pages and emails are designed in your brand, the platform runs on a domain of your choice, and it supports several languages.
Can we export the guest data or send it to our own system?
Yes. All registration and check-in data, with time stamps, can be exported as Excel or CSV files. If your system offers an API, we can also send the data straight to it, for example to your CRM.
