Nineteen Riviera RSVP and Guest Management

Nineteen Riviera Lagoon needed a branded RSVP system for an invitation event at the Museum of the Future. The experience had to match the Riviera and Nineteen Riviera Lagoon branding and support a controlled guest list.

ECHT ME built the RSVP microsite and backend workflow. Guests were verified by phone number against an RSVP database, and eligible invitees could confirm attendance through a personalised RSVP link. The system also handled guests who declined, directing them to contact the sales team to arrange a sales centre appointment.

The platform included capacity control, duplicate and data checks for invitee phone lists, RSVP record export, and personalised link generation. ECHT ME also provided the software for check-in and guest management on site, giving the event team a practical way to manage confirmed attendees.
