Rolls-Royce Test Drive Booking and Check-In System

For a Rolls-Royce test drive programme in Dubai, ECHT ME developed a complete guest booking and check-in platform, including the guest booking flow, branded staff portal and backend management system.

Guests registered their details, selected their preferred date and time, and received a personalised email invitation with a unique QR code linked to their booking. On arrival, staff scanned the QR code using a camera-enabled device to instantly verify the guest’s details and confirm their check-in.

The backend provided the event team with a live overview of bookings, registrations and attendance throughout the programme. Each check-in was timestamped, with duplicate scans linked back to the original check-in record. Following the event, guest and attendance data could be exported to Excel for follow-up and after-sales engagement.
