Younited Staff Event RSVP and QR Check-In

Younited was an exclusive employee event for Dubai Holding Real Estate (DHRE), held at Atlantis, The Palm in September. With attendance limited to full-time DHRE employees, the event used a personalised invitation and registration process to manage access.

ECHT ME designed and developed the Younited microsite. The project also included the guest database and a mobile check-in system used at the venue.

Employees registered using their work email and invitation number, with eligibility checked against the DHRE staff list. Once confirmed, each guest received a personal QR code that could be downloaded and retrieved again using the same email address.

At Atlantis, the event team used their phones to scan QR codes on arrival, automatically recording each guest’s check-in and arrival time.
