1. What we collect and why

• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location).
• Contact data: if you email, call or message us (including via WhatsApp), we use your details and message to respond and to handle any resulting project.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

2. Cookies and embedded content

Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may store data on your device when you play a video.

3. Service providers and transfers

We use Google (hosting, analytics, YouTube) and Meta (WhatsApp). These providers may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States, under their own privacy terms and safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

4. Retention

Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Contact data is kept as long as needed for the purpose it was provided for, or as required by law.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
