Level X Roadshow – Registration Platform

The BMW Level X Roadshow is a major event in generating awareness throughout four countries in 6 different cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait and Bahrain).

ECHT developed an online registration platform that was essential for organising the events. The smart booking system dynamically suggested available time slots in real-time and allowed to manage hundreds of visitors.
