Level X Roadshow – Registration Platform

The BMW Level X Roadshow plays a major role in building awareness across four countries and six different cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

ECHT developed an online registration platform that was essential for organising the events. The smart booking system dynamically suggested available time slots in real time and allowed the team to manage hundreds of visitors.
