Mubadala Employee Forum Event App and Check-In

Mubadala Investment Company brings its people together each year for the Employee Forum, a day of leadership talks, business updates and discussions under the motto “One Mubadala - Stronger Together”. The programme brings together employees from Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi Investment Council, MGX and Mubadala Capital, with sessions ranging from financial updates and artificial intelligence to the group’s businesses, alongside a guest speaker and the Mubadala Recognition Awards.

ECHT ME designed and developed the forum’s branded web app, guest registration system and on-site check-in tools. The web app could be added directly to guests’ phone home screens, creating a dedicated digital destination for the event.

Guests registered with their name, email and entity and received a personal QR invitation, while the app also provided the agenda, speaker information, lunch menu and a Slido-powered space for questions and comments.

At the event, hosts used phones and iPads to check guests in, with the platform also supporting on-site registration and offline check-in. A live dashboard gave the organisers an overview of registrations and attendance, with guest data available for export.
