BMW Middle East organized a test drive event for the new BMW M3 and M4 models at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit. The client required an online registration system as well as an on-site check-in system to identify test drivers and ensure access to the race track.
ECHT developed an online platform where selected individuals could sign up for the test drive. The registrant will receive a confirmation email with the booking and event information, as well as a QR code, after completing the online registration process.
For the on-site staff, the platform included a login to a web scan app. The hostess scanned the QR code at the event to validate and check-in the drivers.
The admin panel allowed the agency to keep track of registrants and monitor registration and check-in progress in real time.
