dnata is a global air services provider offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and catering solutions to airlines and airports worldwide.
Each year, dnata participates in WTCE in Hamburg, the world’s leading travel and onboard retail conference. While the catering division already had a strong presence at the event, this project focused on showcasing the retail business in a more dynamic and digitally engaging way.
The solution centred on a touchscreen retail application that featured enhanced user flows, clear calls to action, and visually engaging content with data visualisations. A prominent hardware setup on the exhibition stand amplified the presence of the application, attracting attention and encouraging interaction, while tailored content and imagery highlighted dnata’s retail capabilities.
