In support of the launch of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, ECHT developed an interactive application as part of a roadshow event in the UAE. The objective of the roadshow was to highlight the vehicle’s customizable features and gather feedback from attendees who showed interest.”
The team used a dual-screen system to achieve this goal. We created a touch-screen app where visitors could explore various car models and customize them to their liking. An iPad served as the input device to make selections and personalize the car. The chosen and personalized car was displayed on a larger screen in real-time, reflecting all changes and selections.
The user input form facilitated the client the collection of contact information from interested visitors for follow-up purposes. As a result of their personalized experience, visitors received an email containing their custom vehicle model and nearest dealership information.
All data was securely stored on the server and made available for the client’s customer relationship team.
