The experience brought together event information, activities and test drive bookings in a single responsive microsite for desktop and mobile. ECHT ME designed and developed the website, allowing visitors to explore the event, discover activities such as the padel court, live DJ, F&B zone and kids track, view the location, and book a test drive. Visitors could select their preferred day and time, enter their details, and choose their closest showroom, with each time slot limited to four bookings. Bookings were stored in a central backend, with automatic confirmation emails sent to guests. The backend also provided the event team with booking counts and downloadable guest lists, giving them a simple way to manage attendance and test drive demand throughout the campaign.
