The Jaguar & Land Rover roadshow builds brand and product awareness across eight countries in the Middle East and North Africa: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar and Jordan. JLR wanted to help visitors find the car that matches their personality in a fun and interactive way.

## The solution

ECHT developed an interactive touchscreen personality test, with one version for Jaguar and one for Land Rover, each in its own brand design. It ran on several large touchscreen stations on the roadshow stand, so multiple visitors could play at the same time.

Visitors answer six playful multiple-choice questions, drawn at random, for example:

- "At school, you were known as the…" know-it-all, comedian, daydreamer or mischief-maker
- "Pick your season"
- "Choose a colour": Narvik Black, Portofino Blue, Firenze Red or Fuji White

A smart algorithm then calculates the most suitable vehicle, such as "Your vehicle is the Jaguar F-TYPE", shown with a photo of the car and a personal description of why it's the perfect match.

## From fun to follow-up

Each result was also a warm lead: the sales team used the results to follow up with visitors about the model that matched their personality.

- A personal result turns a model line-up into a conversation starter
- The same app ran in every roadshow country
