--- title: "Cadillac Clubhouse Registration Platform | ECHT ME" url: https://echt.me/projects/event-and-test-drive-registration-cadillac-clubhouse description: "Cadillac Clubhouse registration and QR check-in platform for Dubai, with slot booking, licence upload and staff scanning at Emirates Golf Club." --- # Cadillac Clubhouse Registration Platform Client Cadillac Technology Web & Desktop Product [Event Registration, Booking and Management Platform](https://echt.me/products/event-registration-booking-and-management-platform) Location Dubai, UAE overview For "Cadillac Clubhouse" event in Dubai, Cadillac needed a branded registration system for guests attending driving sessions at Emirates Golf Club. The experience had to let guests choose a visit time, accept the driving waiver and prepare the required licence details before arriving onsite. ECHT ME built a mobile friendly registration web app with Cadillac branding. Guests entered their name, surname and mobile number, selected an available date and time slot from live booking data, optionally uploaded a driving licence image and submitted the driving disclaimer form. After registering, each guest received a confirmation page with their booking date, time, location link and a downloadable QR code. At the event, staff used a secure scanner page to read the QR code, view the guest record, check or upload the driving licence and mark the guest as checked in.
