--- title: "Level X Roadshow – Registration Platform – BMW | ECHT ME" url: https://echt.me/projects/bmw-roadshow-touch-screen-app description: "Join the BMW Level X Roadshow in 6 major cities! Discover our smart booking platform by ECHT for seamless event registration and real-time slot management." --- # Level X Roadshow – Registration Platform Client BMW Technology Web & Desktop Location GCC overview The BMW Level X Regional Roadshow 2019 presented the BMW X model range in six cities across four countries: Riyadh, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait and Bahrain. With hundreds of guests booking test drives across several events, BMW needed one system to handle registrations, time slots and check-in for every city. ## The solution ECHT developed an online registration and booking platform in the Level X campaign design. Guests registered with their name, email and phone number and then booked a test drive slot. The smart booking system suggested available time slots in real time, so popular times never got overbooked and test drives were spread evenly across each day. After booking, every guest received a confirmation email with a personal QR code. On arrival at the roadshow, the event team simply scanned the QR code to check the guest in, with no printed lists and no queues at the entrance. ## For the event team - One dashboard for all six cities - Live overview of registrations and booked test drive slots per city and day - Automatic confirmation emails with QR codes - Fast QR check-in on site ## The result One consistent, branded registration experience across four countries, and a clear, real-time overview for the team at every stop. The platform is now available as our [Event Registration, Booking and Management Platform](https://echt.me/products/event-registration-booking-and-management-platform) for any event or roadshow.
