The client required an online registration system as well as an on-site check-in system to identify test drivers and ensure access to the race track. ECHT developed an online platform where selected individuals could sign up for the test drive. After completing the online registration process, the registrant receives a confirmation email with the booking and event information, as well as a QR code. For the on-site staff, the platform included a login to a web scan app. Staff scanned the QR code at the event to validate and check in the drivers. The admin panel allowed the agency to keep track of registrants and monitor registration and check-in progress in real time.
