In 2022, Atlantis invited festival delegates to an exclusive preview of Atlantis The Royal, then a few months from opening, with guided tours of the new resort. ECHT ME designed and developed the branded booking platform, guest database and confirmation emails, combining the TFest and Atlantis identities with the Atlantis The Royal typeface. Invited guests registered using their name, company, mobile number and invitation email, then selected from available tour groups. Each group had 13 places, with availability updated as bookings were made and full sessions automatically closed. Guests received a confirmation with their assigned tour time, while the Atlantis team had a centralised overview of groups, attendance and dietary requirements for the afternoon.
